Building Performance by Design is a statewide residential, commercial, and
industrial energy auditing and weatherization company, owned by Joe and Virginia
Ludy.

As an Energy Star Partner, Building Performance by Design performs a variety of
tests, such as blower door testing, thermal imaging, C.A.Z. testing gas leak
detection, and much more. In these challenging economic times people are
looking for ways to reduce their energy bills. Building Performance by Design is
well versed in many aspects of energy efficiency, and can help you save money!

We also have our own qualified staff to perform remediations and do not sub
contract! Our technicians can install blown fiberglass insulation, foam injection,
spray foam, air seal, install doors and windows, install bath fans, install furnaces
and air conditioning units, and much more.
