Award winning producer Lars Ulberg has filmed the
pilot for a potential new series on energy efficiency.
Each episode of the yet untitled series will focus on
a specific project of improving aspects of the carbon
foot-print. The proof of concept was recorded at
East Bay Lakefront Lodge in Houghton Lake,
Michigan. "Building Performance by Design", a

building efficiency and have several patent-pending inventions. "All of the
efficiency solutions are designed and built right here in Michigan" says Jason
Karwoski. Jason is a long time guest of the Lodge and got the idea for using the
building when he heard of Lorrie Krause, the owner of the Lodge, commenting on
the unpredictability of utility bills. Jason continues, "our team is very excited about
featuring Michigan businesses and products in the show."
